] From Eastern PA: Take PA Turnpike West to I-81 South (in Carlisle). Follow to Exit 16E in Martinsburg, WV. Take Route 45 East to Shepherdstown.
] From Western PA: Take PA Turnpike East to I-81 South (in Carlisle). Follow to Exit 16E in Martinsburg, WV. Take Route 45 East to Shepherdstown.
] From Charleston, WV: Take I-79 North to I-68 East (I-68 East becomes I-70 East). Take Exit 29A towards Sharpsburg (MD-65 South). Turn Right onto MD-65 South (Sharpsburg Pike). In Sharpsburg, turn Right onto E Main Street (MD-34) and follow until crossing into WV over the Potomac River and into Shepherdstown. MD-34 becomes WV-480.
