The Contemporary American Theater Festival is dedicated to producing and developing new American theater.

We will produce 5 new plays in 2008, including world premieres and second or third productions of new plays. We will also produce one stage reading.

The plays are performed in a rotating repertory schedule, Wednesday through Sunday. The 2008 Season performance dates are July 9-August 3.

Contracts are generally 8 - 10 weeks, generally starting June 2 and ending no later than Aug. 10. Some electrics and sound positions start later. Air conditioned housing within walking distance of the theaters is provided free.
